Private by architecture
The edge coordinates.
It does not watch.
Keys stay on devices
P-256 identities live in Keychain or Secure Enclave when available.
Media stays out of storage
No screen frames, audio, keystrokes, clipboard contents, SDP, or ICE candidates are stored in the service database.
Sessions expire
Challenges are single-use. Signaling tickets and TURN credentials are deliberately short-lived.
Revocation stays explicit
Saved My Computer relationships can be revoked without changing attended support sessions.
